There is an interesting legend associated with tea. Its appearance is attributed to Bodhidharma. The monk indulged in meditation, during which he fell asleep. When I woke up, I began to reproach myself and get angry that I had “ruined my karma.” He pulled out all the eyelashes and threw them on the ground, where they fell in the morning and tea sprouts grew. Having made a decoction from the plant, the monk realized that the drink invigorates well and gives clarity to thoughts.

Tibetan body cleansing with garlic, technique
Anyone who has ever dealt with the issue of cleansing and rejuvenating the body is certainly familiar with this recipe. This is not surprising, because Tibetan cleansing of the body with garlic is not only the leader among all possible options, but also a truly strong, effective remedy. It is believed that his recipe was found by a UNESCO expedition in the 70s. on an ancient clay tablet in one of the Tibetan monasteries. Since then, it has been translated into many languages and spread literally at the speed of light.
Phenomenal properties of garlic
The unique healing properties of garlic have been known to man for a long time, so it is quite natural that Tibetan monasticism paid attention to it. This is a universal remedy for combating bacterial and viral infections, helminths and various fungi. In addition, garlic is an excellent way to strengthen the human immune system, stimulating its natural defenses.
Similar properties of this product are associated with a huge number of active substances, such as:
- allicin;
- adenosine;
- phytoncides;
- vitamins.
It is allicin that helps reduce the accumulation of “bad” cholesterol on the walls of blood vessels, and the cleansing property of garlic helps to stop the development of atherosclerosis. Especially if the alcohol tincture is used in combination with other positive lifestyle changes.
Naturally, such a remedy should not be regarded as a panacea. It is not an alternative to specialized medications, but taking garlic tincture is the most effective method of preventing such serious diseases that pose a danger to the human body, such as:
- myocardial infarction;
- stroke;
- hypertension;
- atherosclerosis;
- phlebeurysm;
- headache;
- problems with vision and hearing;
- has a positive effect on the joints, thyroid and thymus glands.
Preparing the tincture
The Tibetan recipe for cleansing blood vessels and the body with garlic involves the use of only two components - garlic and medical alcohol. Of course, the question arises where the Tibetan monks got the alcohol, which was invented much later than this recipe. And why is it important to use alcohol, and not vodka, for example? After all, it is already a well-known fact that garlic itself can cope with microorganisms that can cause fermentation of the tincture.
It is most logical to assume that the role of alcohol in this case is different. It is likely that it is included in the recipe as a component that helps extract useful substances, of which garlic has countless amounts. It is likely that alcohol plays a role in eliminating the components of garlic that are harmful to the body, which, as it turns out, also exist. Nevertheless, this question also remains open.
But even if the recipe itself has nothing to do with the ancient Tibetan monks, this does not negate its effectiveness. True, it is worth paying attention to some nuances during the preparation process.
It would be optimal to use 350 g of garlic. Next, it will need to be manually cleaned, washed, then dried and crushed in a wooden, clay or stone mortar. An important point is to avoid exposure to metal objects. After preparing the garlic mass, 200 g of its juiciest part (from below) is selected and 200 g of undiluted medical alcohol is poured over it.
The resulting mixture is poured into a bottle or dark glass jar, which is covered with another vessel and placed in a cool and dark place (not a refrigerator!) for 10 days. After this period, the mass is filtered through gauze, and the resulting cloudy liquid is again placed in a darkened glass vessel and, under a hood, again left to infuse in a cool and dark place for another 3 days. It is believed that every day this tincture doubles its strength.
Tincture dosage regimens
It should be noted that there is more than one method of using the product. And, most likely, only in the process of taking it to cleanse the blood vessels and the body as a whole can one determine which option will be acceptable for a particular person. In addition, the tincture is consumed together with 50 ml of boiled and cooled milk (where the product is dripped), 20 minutes before meals. The role of milk is quite important, since it coats the inner walls of the esophagus from a rather aggressive agent, and also eliminates the pronounced garlic odor.
The tincture is used to cleanse blood vessels and the body over a course of 10 days, starting with 1 drop before breakfast. Further, at each meal, the dosage is increased by a drop until the number of drops reaches 25. Usually this happens on the 9th day, so starting from the 10th day, the tincture for cleansing blood vessels and the body is taken 25 drops before each meal, until the reserves of the product are full. will run out.
However, if at some stage the garlic elixir is poorly tolerated, then another method of application can be used. This method is also based on increasing the number of drops by one at each subsequent meal, but at the moment when the number of drops reaches 15 (dinner of the 5th day), the countdown begins. That is, now with each meal the number of drops is reduced by one.
In a situation where the method of use was chosen due to non-acceptance of the drug, then after 10 days of use it is recommended to stop, but if the drug did not cause negative emotions, then it is better to finish it, following the recommendations of the first regimen.
In addition, it is important to remember that the elixir should be washed down with water, the volume of which should exceed the amount of milk by 3 times (150 ml). As already mentioned, there is no need to worry about the specific smell of garlic, because milk completely neutralizes it. But if you want to play it safe, then parsley or lemon will help out, as they also combat the inappropriate aroma of the product.
A similar recipe for cleaning blood vessels and general rejuvenation of the body is recommended to be used starting from the age of 40 and carried out at intervals of 3–6 years. During the course of cleansing with this tincture, you should avoid alcohol, hot and very spicy herbs and spices, strong coffee and black tea, as well as cocoa. The use of these products can cause certain complications, so the issue should not be taken lightly.
Contraindications
Garlic elixir, for all its effectiveness, is not suitable for everyone. There are categories of people who should refrain from using this drug:
- women during lactation, children and pregnant women;
- patients with inflammation of the gastric mucosa;
- kidney diseases;
- peptic ulcer and colitis;
- epilepsy and other mental disorders.
There are also a number of contraindications for using the elixir according to the Tibetan recipe. Therefore, it would be wisest to consult a doctor before starting to take the drug. This is the only way to be sure that the Tibetan elixir for cleansing and rejuvenating the body will be as effective and useful as possible.

Tea with herbs selected according to ancient recipes really has a tangible beneficial effect on the body. When consumed, the appearance improves, vigor appears, strength increases, immunity improves, slimness appears in the body, and brain function improves.

There are several options for its preparation; accordingly, its chemical composition may vary.
Regardless of the herbs it is made from, it will contain the following substances beneficial to the body: vitamin C; pectins; tannins; essential oils; organic acids; flavonoids; iron; potassium; magnesium. In pharmacies you can find several types of Tibetan tea. They differ in composition and indications for use, depending on the disease.
To cleanse the body
The cleansing effect of tea is due to the medicinal properties of the herbs in its composition:
- St. John's wort is known to everyone as a choleretic, diuretic and decongestant;
- chamomile has an anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, antibacterial and analgesic effect;

Drink a glass half an hour before breakfast, the second one half an hour after dinner, slightly warmed up. To reduce bitterness, you can add a spoonful of honey.
Every 40 days of taking it, you need to take a week off. For treatment, 400 grams are enough, they should be enough for six months. After a while, you can repeat the cleansing course. The frequency of cleansing is once a year.

Due to strawberries, the healing effect of the traditional cleansing collection is enhanced. It helps well with colitis, has a diaphoretic effect, cleanses the bronchi, removes salts from the body, helps with rheumatism and gout.
Attention, this is a very strong allergen!
To cleanse the circulatory system
This herbal tea contains twenty-six medicinal plants. Four traditional cleansing herbs. It makes no sense to list the rest - the composition must be indicated on the tea pack. This set of herbs, especially nettle, dandelion, plantain, burnet, helps cleanse the body and blood of toxins and viruses, improves blood circulation, cleanses blood vessels, and makes them more elastic.
The most “favorite” places for mucus to accumulate are:
lungs, bronchi, stomach.
When too much of it accumulates, it begins to rise higher and exits through the nose.
As a rule, very often mothers of small children think that their child has a cold, but in fact this cold is nothing more than an attempt by our body to get rid of excess accumulated plaque.
It is advisable to cleanse the body once every six months - twice a year, since the accumulation of toxins can cause various diseases. Frequent colds, infections, fatigue, drowsiness, inattention - these are signs of the presence of toxins, harmful bacteria and other potentially dangerous substances.
When the body tries to remove such a secretion, a cough, fever, runny nose begins, and bags appear under the eyes. When these symptoms occur, we immediately begin to react to them according to the usual scenario:
- runny nose - we put drops in the nose, - fever - we bring it down with aspirin, - and if we are also attacked by a cough, then we take antibiotics.
That is, with our own hands we prevent a healthy body from freeing itself from mucus. As a result, we switch to the detoxification process from the drugs, while the layer of secretion becomes even thicker.
Up to a certain point, the mucus remains transparent, but if too much of it has formed, it becomes denser and may have a yellow, brown or even greenish tint.
It envelops the intestinal walls and becomes a “mediator” between the food we eat and the blood vessels.
In this state, our body becomes a haven for all kinds of microorganisms that feed on cooked food. If we change our diet and begin to give preference to raw food, all these “scavengers” immediately die and detoxification of the body begins.
Headache, vomiting, nausea and diarrhea occur as a result of cleansing.
Tibetan tea: brewing recipe
Traditionally, chasuima is prepared in a special tea cauldron. Pu-erh, yak milk, and water are boiled for several hours. Then it is poured into a special container that resembles a tall barrel or churn (dongmo). Add yak butter and beat. The resulting thick mass is poured into cups and drunk several times a day.
Chasuima can be prepared in modern conditions by replacing butter and yak milk with something else. You can use any tea, preferably not from tea bags.
In cold or hot weather, drinking tea will always help lift your spirits, invigorate you, and fill you with strength. Youth, health, beauty - something that cannot be bought in a store or pharmacy. Therefore, care should be taken to preserve them. A unique combination of environmentally friendly Tibetan tea herbs will help you always be cheerful, active and healthy!
For many modern people, Tibet is associated with health and longevity. And this is true, since the Tibetan monks knew a lot about healing with herbs, they knew how to support their body with them, maintaining vigor, efficiency and even youth so that sometimes it seemed as if they were immortal. Unfortunately, a herbal remedy that gives immortality has not yet been invented, but there is an excellent Tibetan herbal collection for cleansing the body . This is a natural remedy for health and prolongation of youth.
Healing procedures
Cold and hot compresses, baths, massage, rubbing - all these are physical actions, therapeutic procedures that do not require the use of medicine internally.
The following procedures are used as part of complex therapy:
- Acupuncture is an important and effective way to regulate the human energy system. Special needles are inserted into his body, they penetrate special points on the body. This is how self-healing is stimulated.
- Deep acupressure is a synthesis of reflex and mechanical techniques (vibration and pressure), which are applied manually by a specialist.
- Moxotherapy is cauterization or heating with special medicinal cigars and compressed coal.
- Stone therapy – treatment with stones, massage with natural stones. This therapy activates metabolic processes and restores the normal functioning of internal organs.
- Hirudotherapy is healing using medicinal leeches.
- Manual therapy is a set of actions that help restore the human musculoskeletal system.
If you go to a modern Tibetan medicine clinic, you will be offered a treatment and health program. It is based on four traditional eastern healing methods. This is a change in lifestyle, nutrition, herbal medicine and the medical procedures themselves.
Four traditional methods of oriental healing: lifestyle changes, nutrition, herbal medicine and medical procedures.
Tibetan medicine deals with body cleansing, general health improvement, diagnostics, and offers clinic clients an individual approach. But since such treatment cannot be called cheap, you need to strictly monitor who is treating you. This must be a licensed institution, and its employees must have a classical medical education. And only with a diploma from a medical university can you undergo additional training that reassigns a medical worker to the branch of oriental medicine.
We recommend watching a video where oriental medicine doctor Zhimba Danzanov talks in detail about the acupuncture procedure.
The secret of the action of the Tibetan cleansing herbal mixture
Tibetan herbal collection includes about 40 different herbal components. It was developed several centuries ago and since then its effectiveness has been repeatedly proven in practice.
Since its authors are monks living in Tibet, among our compatriots it received the name Tibetan - after its place of origin.
Many components of cleansing tea grow exclusively in Tibet, which is why it is extremely difficult to get them. So, based on this miracle cure, several simpler and more affordable options for herbal medicines have been developed.
In order to appreciate the benefits of the Tibetan herb and understand what exactly its positive effect on the body is, it is worth understanding the impact of each of the components of the herbal remedy on a person. And, since there are several options for recipes, the positive effect of taking them will be slightly different.
Indications and contraindications for the Tibetan recipe
In addition to the general health-improving and youth-prolonging effect, the Tibetan collection has many local, beneficial effects. It is advisable to take it for people suffering from hypertension or heart disease. It strengthens the walls of blood vessels and makes them more elastic, and also prevents the formation of blood clots and atherosclerotic plaques.
The anti-inflammatory and mild analgesic effect helps alleviate the condition of people with sore joints.
Since this herbal collection cleanses and rids the body of toxins, with its regular use there is an increase in the overall tone of the body, the person becomes more alert and full of energy. At the same time, cleansing promotes weight loss and removal of excess fluid from the body. This is also facilitated by the improvement of the gastrointestinal tract, which is also the result of taking such tea.
However, even such a useful and positive remedy in every sense has its contraindications. These include:
- individual intolerance or allergy to individual components of the herbal collection. However, if it is known what exactly the body does not perceive, this component can be eliminated or replaced with another that has a similar effect,
- pregnancy and lactation,
- chronic stomach diseases, especially in the acute stage,
- the presence of kidney and gallstones,
- anemia and the anemia caused by it,
- viral diseases,
- ailments related to the lymphatic system.
Proper nutrition
Tibetan medicine does not hide the secrets of proper nutrition, but explains in detail what, who needs to eat and how. And it is through nutrition that she suggests treating chronic diseases.
The attitude towards food in the East is based on ancient teachings
Basic principles of nutrition:
- Orientation to the time of year. It costs more to eat in winter than in summer. In summer, food intake is significantly reduced, and in autumn and spring it is simply reduced. In winter and in rainy weather, food should be mainly warming, in summer and in warm weather - neutral or cooling. In spring, it makes sense to eat rough and dry food.
- Know the limits. You should eat half as much heavy food as light food. You cannot eat before the food from the previous meal has not been digested. Tibetan healers believed that after eating, half of the stomach should be filled with main food, a quarter with liquid, and another quarter should remain empty.
- There is no incompatibility. For example, you cannot combine fish and meat, pork and buckwheat, fruit and milk in one meal. Eggs should not be combined with dairy products, fish with milk, etc.
- There is only fresh stuff. In short, cook for one meal, do not fill the refrigerator with ready-made food. Do not eat overripe, underripe, overcooked, etc.
- 4 hours break. There should be no less than 4 hours between meals. You can only drink during this period.
- Eat different foods at different times of the day. For example, breakfast should be nutritious and high in calories. The optimal proportions are tomorrow 40% of the total diet, lunch – 35%, dinner – 25%.
- No to vegetarianism. In Tibetan medicine, meat is an important part of the diet, and avoiding it is discouraged.
It is obvious that eating like this is not difficult, and that many modern diets, PP, recommendations of popular nutritionists are based on the postulates of Tibetan healers.
Tibetan collection of four herbs
Since the Tibetan collection contains a lot of components, and some of them are difficult to obtain, a simplified version of the herbal remedy has been popularized. It includes only 4 herbal remedies:
- birch buds - this substance helps get rid of chronic fatigue and helps to establish fat metabolism in the body. It is thanks to birch buds that tea has the property of reducing a person’s weight,
- St. John's wort - this herb has many useful qualities. Hepatoprotective deserves special attention. It cleanses the liver and helps the organ recover quickly. St. John's wort also helps in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,
- immortelle - this plant got its name for a reason. This is a kind of natural antibiotic. In addition to its choleretic effect, it also relieves inflammation; only flowers are used in the collection;
- chamomile flowers - this herbal preparation has a bactericidal and calming effect. It alleviates inflammation, pain and poisoning.
Sometimes strawberry leaves are added to the above four components. They have a wound healing and diuretic effect.
It is worth noting that after starting to take this version of the Tibetan collection, a person may feel a deterioration in his condition: he will develop headaches and weakness. This is normal, these symptoms will disappear on the second or third day. If this does not happen, you will have to stop taking the tea.
Express cleaning method with rice
Headache
In addition to the classic version, there is another way of cleaning. To normalize metabolism, get rid of edema, and improve your health, you need to adhere to a salt-free rice diet according to the Tibetan method for several months. Rice is prepared as follows: three kilograms of rice should be poured into a ten-liter pan. Every day you need to wash the cereal for half an hour. Within a week of rinsing, the water will become clear and free of impurities. After this, the rice needs to be dried and put into a canvas bag for cleaning. Now the cereal is ready to eat. Every morning, porridge is prepared, after eating which you cannot eat or drink for four hours.
At first there will be no manifestations, but after a week, waste and toxins will begin to come out. A person’s condition may deteriorate sharply: frequent headaches, dizziness, and discomfort in the joints will appear. After a couple of days the condition returns to normal. It is necessary to eat more vegetables, fruits, and nuts during this period.
How to prepare and store cleansing tea
All herbal components for tea can be prepared independently or purchased at the pharmacy. Herbs in equal proportions, for example 100 grams of each, must be thoroughly crushed (it is better to use a coffee grinder) and mixed. It is not necessary to make the herbal mixture immediately before cooking. You can mix all the herbal ingredients and store them in a dark, dry and, preferably, cool place in a glass container or in a fabric or paper bag.
The tea is brewed in the same way as a regular drink is prepared from tea leaves. You need to put 1 tablespoon of the mixture in gauze or a teapot and pour 0.5 liters of boiling water over it. After this, the container is closed with a lid and infused for about 20-30 minutes. Next, the liquid is filtered. This is the daily requirement, which must be divided into two equal parts. You can add a little honey to it to improve the taste.
How to take Tibetan fee
One part - 250 ml, consume in the morning, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast, adding half or a teaspoon of honey to the infusion that has already cooled to room temperature. Cover the second part of the Tibetan infusion with a lid and place in the refrigerator until evening. Drink before bed, heating in a water bath until pleasantly warm and also adding a spoonful of honey. Honey must dissolve.
Take the Tibetan herb for no more than 12 weeks, but not less than 8. This is not a pharmacological drug, so it will take some time to feel its positive effect. As a rule, a course of taking herbs should be carried out 1-2 times a year, with a break. If a person is undergoing treatment or taking any medications, then before starting a course of Tibetan herbs, you should definitely consult a doctor. It is possible that some components of the collection are incompatible with the substances included in the herbal remedy.
During the course of treatment with Tibetan herbs, you should adhere to a diet: try not to eat highly fatty and sweet foods, do not drink carbonated drinks and sparkling water, and also temporarily exclude baked goods and alcohol. Margarine and palm oil products are also taboo. People who smoke will temporarily have to give up this harmful habit. These recommendations are not strict, but very desirable to follow for anyone who wants to get the maximum effect from Tibetan tea.
How to use herbal tea
Before using the prepared mixture, you should make sure that you fully understand how the treatment occurs. If used incorrectly, you can even achieve worse results.
- The first thing to do is consult a doctor and make sure there are no contraindications.
- If the components are not purchased, but are assembled independently, then the herbs need to grow several tens of kilometers from cities and highways.
- The course of taking herbal tea varies from two weeks to two months. It is important to take breaks for two days. Treatment can be repeated only after twelve months.
- The tea must be freshly brewed.
- It is important to be understanding about the dosage. After all, if you overdose, the herbs will turn into poison and only make things worse for the body.
- If you are taking other medications, reschedule your herbal tea treatment for another period.
Tibetan herbal recipes
In addition to a simplified version of the Tibetan herbal tea, consisting of 4 or 5 components, many people try to use the original composition of the tea. It includes many components that are taken in equal proportions. A Tibetan collection of herbs for cleansing the body includes cumin and birch buds, St. John's wort stems with pine buds, as well as string, mint with sage, stinging nettle and centaury. It contains eucalyptus, plantain, valerian, coltsfoot leaves, dandelion roots and yarrow. In addition, angelica and burnet roots, oregano and calendula flowers, linden leaves and chamomile are added.
Some recipes include celandine. To increase the cleansing effect, you can add a little buckthorn root to the mixture.
