Cleansing the blood vessels of the brain from cholesterol plaques will allow us to prevent such dangerous diseases as cerebral circulatory failure, atherosclerosis, and stroke.

With age, with an unhealthy lifestyle and diet, the walls of blood vessels become denser, so-called cholesterol plaques form on them, the vessels narrow and become deformed.

Ultimately, the lumen in the vessel can become completely blocked, which is fraught with the risk of dangerous diseases and even death.

That is why it is necessary to cleanse the entire body and cleanse the blood vessels of the brain.

Regular, 2 times a year, cleansing the blood vessels of the brain will help you not only avoid serious health problems, but also improve memory, attention, speed of thinking, improve mood, sleep, and physical activity. It is recommended to cleanse the blood vessels of the brain after cleansing the intestines and liver.

It is recommended to cleanse the blood vessels of the brain after cleansing the intestines and liver.

In my previous articles, I mentioned various methods of cleansing the body, which you can easily do yourself at home.

In addition, you can clean the blood vessels and joints yourself, I also wrote about this.

How to cleanse the blood vessels of the brain?

Bay leaves contain vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and carbohydrates, tannins, dietary fiber, phytoncides and essential oils. Laurel perfectly cleanses the body of toxins.

But this plant is poisonous in large quantities. A high concentration of bay decoction can cause allergic reactions and even provoke internal bleeding. For heart, liver and especially kidney diseases, cleansing with bay leaves is not recommended. You should not use laurel during pregnancy.

Bay leaf dilates blood vessels and capillaries, speeds up blood circulation. Due to this, there is increased leaching of toxins and improved tissue nutrition. For people with weak blood vessels or problems with blood circulation, maximum caution is recommended, and even better, medical supervision.

Composition and benefits

The composition of the plant is enriched with a mass of useful substances.
The healing properties of the leaves of the noble laurel, the price of which is more than affordable, are due to a wide range of chemical composition, enriched with fats, proteins, carbohydrates, flavonoids, tannins, essential oils and other components necessary for the full functioning of the body.

To prevent the occurrence of pathologies of this kind, as well as to cleanse blood vessels from atherosclerotic plaques, it is recommended to use decoctions or infusions prepared from laurel leaves.

In addition to the listed beneficial properties of seasonings, other qualities are also inherent:

  • eliminating chronic fatigue syndrome and increasing the overall tone of the body;
  • cleansing the vascular system and joints of toxins and toxic substances;
  • prevention of infectious and viral diseases;
  • cleansing the organs of the excretory system;
  • increasing the body's immune forces and its resistance.

However, obtaining a healing effect is possible only if the rules are strictly followed. Deviation from accepted standards, for example, exceeding the permitted dosage, can lead to a host of side effects, including, for example, general intoxication of the body or simply poisoning, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and poor health.

Symptoms of clogged blood vessels

The clogged blood vessels can also be judged by the following symptoms:

  • Dizziness, nausea, frequent headaches, high blood pressure;
  • Fatigue, insomnia, unstable mood;
  • Excess weight;
  • Decreased attention, memory impairment;
  • Impaired coordination of movements;
  • Numbness of fingers and limbs.

If you notice any symptoms, you should check your blood cholesterol levels. Don’t wait for the condition to worsen, start cleansing the vascular system and brain as soon as possible.

Doctors prescribe the following medications to almost all patients:

  1. Statins (Rosuvastatin, Atorvastatin). They help lower cholesterol levels in the blood, gradually reduce the size of cholesterol plaques, and normalize blood circulation.
  2. Fibrates (“Fenofibrate”). Slow down the formation of deposits of harmful substances, improve blood flow.
  3. A nicotinic acid. Promotes vasodilation, restores pressure, destroys formed blood clots.
  4. Omega-3. Prevents the formation of new blood clots.
  5. Vitamins. Help strengthen blood vessels and improve blood circulation.

Traditional treatment

Not all people want to take pharmaceutical drugs. Almost all of them have side effects. Getting rid of plaques works well with the help of folk remedies. Their effectiveness has been proven over many generations.

The most accessible method is cleansing with bay leaves. But before preparing the medicine, pay attention to the expiration date of this product. If it has expired, then consuming the spice is very dangerous. Expired spices have a bitter taste and unpleasant odor. But the main threat is that it becomes poisonous.

If it is fresh, then take an enamel bowl and start preparing the infusion. When you prepare the medicine, do not cover the container with a lid so that aromatic substances that are dangerous to the kidneys and liver are released from the laurel.

Recipe with bay leaves: pour 300 ml of filtered water into a saucepan, add 6-8 leaves. Bring to a boil, boil for 5-7 minutes, pour into a thermos for 3 hours or cover the container with a warm blanket.

Using the technique at home is advisable for atherosclerotic changes in the blood vessels of certain organs and the whole body in general. Vascular insufficiency manifests itself:

The appearance of discomfort is a reason to stop using the folk remedy for cleaning blood vessels. If the condition worsens, you must consult a doctor.

Conclusion

Bay leaves have long been used to add a piquant aroma and taste to dishes, and also as a medicine for many diseases. The plant allows you to eliminate harmful deposits - cholesterol plaques on the walls of blood vessels, salts in the joints, etc. To get the maximum therapeutic effect without causing harm to the body, you must strictly follow the recommendations for preparing cleansing products.

Despite all the benefits, this remedy cannot always be used, since some of its properties can be negative in certain cases, for example, in the presence of any diseases.

You should talk to your doctor in more detail about the possibility of cleaning at home, and as for general prohibitions, these are the following:

  • diseases of the digestive tract in acute and chronic forms;
  • period of pregnancy, as well as breastfeeding;
  • diabetes;
  • the occurrence of systematic constipation, disturbance of intestinal motility.

To be fair, we note that even in the absence of the factors listed above, negative reactions from the body may occur against the background of consuming laurel leaves. As a rule, this happens in case of non-compliance with the dosage and dosage regimen. In such a situation, signs of intoxication of the body may appear, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and increased body temperature.

Both doctors and patients note that cleaning blood vessels with laurel leaves really has a powerful positive effect:

  1. Capillary walls are strengthened.
  2. The removal of waste and toxins is ensured by accelerated blood flow.
  3. The nutrition of the tissues of the whole body with the necessary vitamin and mineral complexes and oxygen increases.
  4. The functionality of vital systems, including the brain, improves.
  5. A person feels much more alert, sleep problems disappear, and chronic fatigue recedes.

However, we should not forget about the possible harm. Such cleaning of blood vessels provokes severe stress, which often leads to the development of temporary illness. But this condition passes quickly and does not pose a danger.

As a rule, doctors recommend first removing waste and toxins from the intestines. In this case, procedures with bay leaves will give a better result, since the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract will become more receptive, and the components of the product will begin to be absorbed into the bloodstream in a larger volume.

Contraindications and side effects

Then the broth should steep for four hours (it is best to wrap the pan in a blanket).

A concentrated decoction of bay leaves has toxic properties, so simultaneous use of a large amount of the product can cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness, rapid heartbeat and even internal bleeding. Methods for cleaning vessels with bay leaves

Cleaning vessels with bay leaves is affordable, does not require large financial expenditures and can be easily done at home.

  • To cleanse with laurel, you need to prepare a healing infusion. The infusion contains ordinary dried bay leaves. To prepare, you need to take about 30 sheets and add 300 ml of boiling water. The container with the liquid should be thoroughly wrapped in a warm towel and left to infuse overnight. After the solution is filtered, it can be consumed.
  • You can prepare a cleansing decoction. For the decoction, you need to put 5-6 bay leaves in 300 ml of water, boil and cook for 5 minutes without covering the pan. This will allow essential oils that have a negative effect on the kidneys to evaporate. The resulting liquid needs to be poured into a thermos and the daily amount of broth will be ready in 4 hours. After straining, you can drink.

It is best to cleanse the vascular bed in the afternoon. Drink the resulting infusion or decoction in several doses over 10-12 hours, preferably in small sips. Don't try to drink all the liquid at once. A large amount of laurel infusion drunk at once can have a toxic effect. It manifests itself in a feeling of nausea, vomiting, severe palpitations, dizziness, and possible internal bleeding.

There are two schemes for cleansing the vascular bed:

  1. The cleaning procedure is carried out twice in three-day courses with a break between them for a week. A week break should be devoted to the cleansing process in the body: pine baths, sauna, drinking clean water and avoiding heavy food.
  2. The infusion is consumed only for one day, followed by 1-2 days of water fasting. Structured water is most effective in this case. This regimen reduces the load on the kidneys.

You can repeat cleaning after at least 1 month, it is better to maintain a period of up to three months.

Cleaning vessels with bay leaves requires compliance with additional conditions. Meals during the procedure should be vegetarian: exclude all meat, fish and dairy products. Complete abstinence from alcohol. Immediately before the course of cleaning blood vessels, it is necessary to cleanse the intestines. This will relieve intoxication from the body.

For the procedure, a healing decoction, infusion or oil based on laurel is used. You can prepare medicines yourself.

You need to take 5 - 6 laurel leaves, add 300 ml of clean water, bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. When cooking, do not cover the container with a lid so that some of the essential oils evaporate. This will reduce the load on the kidneys.

The broth is poured into a thermos along with the leaves. Leave for 4 hours, filter.

Healing infusion

Pour 30 pieces of leaves into 300 ml of boiling water. Wrap the container and leave for 6 – 8 hours. Strain in the morning.

It is recommended to take the product to cleanse blood vessels after lunch. The daily volume of the drink should be drunk in small sips at intervals of 15 - 20 minutes.

How does home therapy work?

Proper cleaning of vessels with bay leaves is done using special infusions and decoctions. The first ones create a softer effect, so it’s better to start with them.

To prepare the simplest tincture, buy a regular bay leaf. Place 20-30 leaves in an enamel bowl or jar and fill with boiling water (300-350 ml). Cover with a lid and wrap in a warm towel, leaving to steep for several hours or overnight.

In the evening, close to bedtime, drink the prepared drink in small sips, and the next day prepare a new portion. Continue cleansing for three days, then take a week off and repeat the course. While this vascular cleansing is taking place, switch to a strict diet, giving up meat products, fatty foods, flour products and alcoholic beverages.

To clean rose hips with bay leaves, you can use a decoction. To make it, place 5-10 bay leaves and the same number of rosehips in a saucepan and add a glass of water. Boil and keep on low heat for several minutes. Pour the broth into a thermos and leave to infuse overnight. The prepared drink should be drunk in small portions for three days, and then we take a week break. Courses can be repeated many times.
