Why did I start studying the topic of cleansing the body?

The fact is that despite all my activity, running training, swimming pool, in 2020 I fucked up my body. As a result, dermatitis developed in the areas of the lymph nodes (below the knee, groin). The redness itched and itched. I combed them accordingly. Later they began to itch and itch more often. They began to ooze, a crust and sores formed. Lymph was leaking under my knee even through my pants. It became no longer comfortable. I started exploring the Internet. I read several books and tested it. After the first 5-day cleansing according to Marva Ohanyan, fasting on juices and herbs, the dermatitis disappeared. Is this a miracle or not? Read on.

By cleansing the body, we mean methods and methods for removing toxins, waste, poisons, and all kinds of parasites from the human body.

In the process of human life, various microbes, parasites, and worms penetrate into our body, live and reproduce. The nutrition of modern man also leaves much to be desired: thermally processed, fatty, carbohydrate-rich foods clog the body. Answer the question “How often do you clean your home?” You wash the dishes several times every day, vacuum and wet-clean the floor once a week, wipe the dust, wash the windows twice a year (spring and autumn), general cleaning once every two months or at least before the New Year). I think the picture is more or less the same for everyone.

Now answer another question: “How often do you cleanse your body?” Oops-S-S-S-S. And this... E-uh-this... well-uh-uh-uh, I don’t know! What for? I'm healthy! I'm getting vaccinated! (vaccinations and their side effects are a completely separate topic). In general, here people are beginning to understand that keeping the apartment clean is more important than the internal cleanliness of the body .

Have you ever thought about what is going on inside you, what processes are going on? Where did a stomach the size of a soccer ball and a third chin suddenly appear? So, apparently the time has come to think about it.

Many, due to the patterns of mass thinking, believe that if you get sick, you need to run to the pharmacy and buy medicine that will help you get better. That's bullshit! People! Medicines only drive the disease deeper into the body, and after 15-20 years they manifest themselves in a new role in the form of chronic diseases. It all starts with a cold, snot, bronchitis, sore throat in childhood, and then we don’t understand where asthma, psoriasis, diabetes or allergies came from.

We love to drink coffee, fast food, sandwiches and cakes every day, and then we don’t understand why we have a headache, loss of energy, yawning and want to sleep. But few people know what pH and acidification of the body are, where it comes from and how to avoid it in order to feel in good shape.

We are not taught either at school or at university what it means to “eat right”, how much and what kind of “physical activity” we need per week to be healthy. Well, let's start with cleansing the body .

For some, a juice fast of 3-7 days is enough to recover; for others, a water fast is 7 days or 10-21 days. The main thing is to realize why you need it. The Japanese, for example, recommend doing a one-day water fast every week for prevention. Daily fasting allows you to give the digestive system a break and carry out corrective “house cleaning”. You can cleanse the body of waste and toxins, fasting periodically, for example, once a quarter, for 3-14 or more days, and optimally - 1-2 times a year. However, this depends on the problems, illnesses and goals of the person, on what kind of lifestyle you lead and how you “overload” your body. Let's look at this in more detail below.

In this case, cleansing is associated with fasting . It’s not even simply connected, but directly depends on fasting. To cleanse the body naturally, you need to stop eating food. But don’t be scared right away and don’t try to reject this approach. Everything is not as scary as it seems. There are moments that I will talk about later, so no one has ever died from hunger (cleansing fasting).

The body needs to crush, digest, absorb and eliminate waste. For this purpose, there are 4 excretory organs: kidneys, intestines, lungs, skin. What a colossal amount of energy is required for this process. It is fasting that allows you to restore and adjust the functioning of the body, and eating healthy, plant-based foods allows you to increase energy and vitality.

If we compare this to a machine that produces energy, the quantity and quality of fuel affect its efficiency. The same can be applied to a person, what he eats and in what quantity affects his energy balance: vigor, energy or lethargy, fatigue. A person needs energy to live. The vast majority of people receive energy from food, and only spiritually developed, “saints” can draw energy from space. The body spends energy to maintain internal processes of the body (digestion, body temperature, blood circulation, metabolism, etc.) and external ones (various movements, walking, physical activity). And the amount of this energy depends on what a person eats. If we eat meat, pies, dumplings, flour, then we spend a lot of energy on digestion. We feel weakness, drowsiness, apathy. If we eat more plant foods, without heat treatment, sprouted grains, cereals, dried fruits, then less energy is spent on digestion, it is digested faster, and therefore we feel great, toned, energetic. I came across Marva Ohanyan’s video by accident. I posted on YouTube “fasting according to Ohanyan”, “Marva Ohanyan cleansing”. Then I found out that she had a book and decided to read it. After reading this, I decided to try the Ohanian cleanse for the first time.

I warn you! That any methods and methods of cleansing that seem attractive to you, you need to independently analyze, consult with a specialist, compare with your problems, take full responsibility upon yourself and believe in healing. 1) Fasting is carried out on freshly squeezed juices (juice diet).

These can be all kinds of mixes of fruit and vegetable juices. Citrus juices (lemon, grapefruit, orange) stand out separately.

Our whole family made apple-carrot, apple-orange, carrot-beet, grapefruit, lemon, apple-peach, plum, watermelon, pear-apple, berry (lingonberry, blueberry, raspberry), apple-grape. The children were delighted. You can drink freshly squeezed juices as much as you want, drink at least two or three liters, drink at least 5-6 times a day. It's possible. You can't eat solid food, but you can drink.

Following this principle, I drank freshly squeezed juice 3-4 times a day, 250 ml (glass)

2) Make an infusion of herbs.

Mix different herbs for cleansing (see list below) in equal proportions. Brew in a thermos in the proportion of 2 tablespoons per 2 liters of boiling water. Leave for 0.5-1 hour and you can drink. We drink throughout the day by adding ¼ lemon juice to a glass of herbal infusion. You can add 1-2 teaspoons of natural honey to a glass with herbs. The fact is that natural honey contains no sugar, only fructose. Fructose enters the bloodstream and nourishes the muscles without the use or release of insulin. This is why fructose-based products are made for diabetics. But this is not the only advantage of honey. It also contains useful substances, microelements, and is involved in alkalization of the body.

Name of herbs:

  • General cleansing properties: mint, oregano, lemon balm
  • Lung cleansing: plantain, coltsfoot, thyme,
  • Expectorant: licorice, wild rosemary, violet tricolor
  • Liver cleansing: yarrow, immortelle, agrimony

The following list of herbs can be purchased at the pharmacy in packages of 50 grams. Such a set of herbs will cost an average of 1,500 rubles. The end result will be a large 7 liter pot with a mixture of herbs. This will be enough for you for 2-2.5 months of daily consumption at the rate of 2 tbsp. for 2 l. water.

After a 5-day fast on juices and herbal infusion, I subsequently continued to use herbal decoctions every day for a couple of weeks.

3) Between juices and herbal infusions, you need to drink purified water with lemon.

Lemon is a good natural alkalizer and helps reduce acidification in the body. At the same time, it contains many vitamins, macro and microelements. Cool! I squeezed a whole lemon into an 800 gram shaker of water, threw the lemon in there and drank it throughout the day.

As a result, throughout the whole day I drank about 4 liters of juices, herbal infusions and lemon water. A couple of times a day I added 1-2 tsp to the grass or lemon water. honey What would it be like without sweets?)))

4) It is necessary to regularly do an enema to cleanse the intestines.

Again, you need to understand how polluted your body and intestines are, what problems there are. Marva Ohanyan strongly recommends doing an enema for cleansing, and there is a certain logic in this. Firstly, the intestines must be cleared of mucus, toxins, and stale feces. Set up the full transfer of nutrients into the body and the removal of toxins and mucus through the intestines. Imagine that you have started cleansing, and the slagged intestines do not allow nutrition to pass through to the body and do not allow you to accept many years of dirt washed out by juices, herbs and water. As a result, if you do not cleanse the intestines, you can get intoxication of the body, discomfort, nausea, and headache. This is why headaches appear during fasting, especially in the first 2-4 days. Secondly, it is recommended to do enema cleansing at home 2-4 times in the first 2 days, and 1 time/day in subsequent days, then I think it’s possible 1 time/2-3 days (if you are fasting for more than 5-7 days, and 21-42 days). What is it for? When you don’t take solid food, enzymes are not released and there’s nothing to actually digest; therefore, you don’t go to the toilet “in a big way.” And the body flushes waste and toxins not only through the kidneys, but also through the intestines. Healer Semenova. The people's doctor recommends using acidified water for regular enemas. The patient will have to do enemas 2 times a day. The first time in the morning from 5 to 7 am.
