  • Cleansing the lungs with balm. You need to mix crushed young aloe leaves with Cahors - 400 ml and natural honey - 350 grams, preferably liquid. Leave the tightly closed container with the mixture in a dark place for two weeks. Take 10 ml (1 level teaspoon) three times a day, half an hour before meals. Continue the course for at least 1 month. After a break of 2 weeks, you need to resume taking it. Not suitable for those who have liver disease, kidney disease or peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, accompanied by bleeding.
  • Taking herbal mixtures internally. Mix licorice rhizomes with marshmallow, anise seeds and coltsfoot in equal proportions.   • Inhalations with herbs. As an inhalation substance, you can take aqueous solutions with essential oils of fir, mint, lavender, wormwood, eucalyptus, and juniper. Decoctions from these plants are also suitable for the procedure. To do this, take 15 grams of raw material and brew it in a glass of boiling water. You can do both steam inhalations and carry out the procedure using a nebulizer. Time: 10–15 minutes. There are no contraindications other than individual intolerance to these herbs.
  • Inhalation or inhalation of 3% hydrogen peroxide. To carry out the procedure, you need to dissolve 1 spoon of the substance in 250 ml of hot water, then breathe over the prepared solution for 4–5 minutes, half an hour before meals or 1.5–2 hours after it. The course of procedures is 5–7 days. As a rule, this technique is strongly not recommended for smokers. However, there are references to the fact that smokers, thanks to it, reduce the number of cigarettes they smoke or even give up this harmful habit.
